Mumbai-based land firm Godrej Properties on February 4 said its board has chosen not to continue with a formerly declared arrangement to contribute Rs 400 crore to procure around 10% stake in DB Realty.

"After delayed conversations and thinking about the criticism from the partners and minority financial backers, the Board has chosen not to continue with any further assessment of possible interest in the value capital of the D B Realty and the Platform," the association's assertion said.

 

The organization may, be that as it may, keep on investigating the chance of assessing projects with DB Realty on a case to case premise, Godrej added.
