Health & Fitness Mosaics

Diet-with its position size, frequency of meals, and nutritional balance of fats, carbohydrates,  and proteins.

Cardio-with its intensity, endurance, and target heart rate zone.♥️

Resistance Training-with its weight selection, proper form, patience, and resting cycles.

In a cardio program, it does little good if you are not working within your target heart rate zone for 20 minutes or more, and performing the routines at least three times per week.

The intensity of the cardio program, cannot be sustained for any length of time if you are not actively building up the strength and endurance of the muscles with a weight resistance program

Neither of those two programs will successfully work to your advantage if you continue to consume more calories then you are burning off as energy or building up as muscle, and those calories are not the right balance of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins, and eaten in smaller meals throughout the day.

The intensity of the cardio program, even if correctly done, cannot sustain for any length of time if you are not actively building up the strength and endurance of the muscles with a weight resistance training program. That program in itself will not be entirely successful if the right amount of resistance is not used, and utilizing proper form to do it, and resting the muscles enough once the strength is completed.

As before, at the beginning of their task, that ancient artist stared at a blank space and combed through an array of tiles selecting and fitting together, just the right ones to complete the vision.

These elements are essential to follow up once a daily routine of a balanced workout.

Like the mosaic artist, you need an overall idea of what you want to accomplish-what your fitness goals are. Examine the different elements of diet and exercise, and then plan how each will fit together to reach your own goals. Each component of a healthy lifestyle, diet, cardio, and resistance are individual tiles in their patterns, and these three elements must then fit perfectly together to form the whole picture.

They may think they are doing the right thing by cutting back on food and lifting some weights and running on the treadmill. On the outside, these all sound like tasty and healthy deeds - but without mastering the art of each facet, and understanding the complicated relationship between three elements - an individual's goals are rarely realized.

To reap the rewards and benefits of a healthy lifestyle, each part must work at peak efficiency within itself, and in concert with all the other program elements, resting the muscles is enough once the resistance is completed.

Educating yourself is a key to a successful diet and exercise program

Once you understand the roles of three elements of fitness, play and fit them together perfectly in a plan to quickly and efficiently reach your fitness goals.

As all the pieces come together, and you see the changes in your body that happen, you can stand back and take pride in the work you have done, enjoy the artistry and beauty of your fitness mosaic.
