Everyday propensities that can assist you with shedding pounds in any event, when you're snoozing

We all consume some food every day in our life without knowing how beneficial and harmful that food is to our bodies. In this polluted environment of today, we need to pay much attention to our health, it is necessary to know how many harmful elements are and what are the beneficial elements in what we are eating and drinking. So today we will talk about one such important and important subject.
I'm going to talk today about something most of you might have never heard of ... that is the difference between good trans fat and bad trans fat. There is some evidence that good trans can help you in fat loss, muscle building, and even cancer prevention, while bad trans fat has been shown to cause heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and normal blubbering of your body.

I am sure that most of you have heard in the news over the years about how bad man-made trans fats are for your health. These substances are some of the worst food additives of all and are found in the vast majority of all processed foods and fast foods in the market today. In my opinion, man-made trans fats are the same as smoking in terms of the degree of danger to your health. After all, they are one of the main factors in the explosion of heart disease since the 1950s.

As you may have heard recently, the FDA mandated that food manufacturers include grams of trans fats on all nutrition labels earlier this year. This means that once the inventory is changed in grocery stores, you should start seeing grams of trans listed on all packages from now on, giving you an easy way to avoid them.

With talk about trans fats in the news these days, I wanted to clarify a few things, especially about bad trans fats versus good trans fats. If you've never heard of good trans fats before, let me explain a little.

Bad trans fat
I'm talking about is man-made kind. The main culprits are margarine, small, and partially hydrogenated oils that are most processed foods, junk foods, and deep-fried foods. These hydrogenated oils are processed using highly chemical solvents such as (a component of gasoline), high heat, pressure, a metal catalyst is added, and then it is removed and bleached. A small of the solvent is allowed to remain in the prepared oil. It has now become more of an industrial oil rather than edible oil, but somehow the FDA still allows food manufacturers to keep this crap in our food in large quantities, even well Even with documented health hazards.

These hydrogenated oils cause inflammation inside your body, indicating the deposition of cholesterol as a healing agent on the walls of the artery. Therefore, hydrogenated oil = swelling = clogged arteries. You can see why this deficiency in our food supply has caused heart disease in the last 5 to 6 decades. As time goes by, and science reveals how deadly these oils really are, I think they will eventually become illegal and banned for use. The labeling law was only the first step. In fact, some countries around the world have already banned the use of hydrogenated oils in foods or at least set dates to phase them out for good.

However, keep in mind that as companies are beginning to phase out the use of hydrogenated oils in processed foods, they are replacing them in most instances, mostly with refined polyunsaturated oils. These are still heavily processed oils using high heat, solvents, deodorizers, and bleaching agents. Even refined oils are known to cause inflammation in your body… far beyond the natural sources of healthy fats. Once again, for best results, your best bet is avoiding highly processed foods altogether and choosing whole, natural, minimally processed foods. Your body will thank you!

The good trans fat

Okay, after being trash-talked to man-made trans fats, let me state clearly that there is such a thing as healthy natural trans fats. Natural trans fats build up in the stomach of ruminant animals such as animals, sheep, goats, etc., and make their way into the fat stores of animals. Therefore, milk fats and fats within the meat of these animals may provide natural healthy trans fats. Natural trans fats in your diet build muscle. Some potential benefits have been thought to aid in both .and fat loss efforts. However, keep in mind that the mass-production methods of farming and their cereal and soy heavy diets greatly reduce the healthy trans fat content of meat and dairy. Grass-free, free-range animals from meat and dairy always have higher amounts of these beneficial fats.

One such natural trans fat that you may have heard of is called Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) and has been marketed by many weight loss companies. Keep in mind that these man-made CLA pills that you see in stores may not be the best way to get CLA in your food. They are artificially made from plant oil, rather than the natural process that occurs in ruminant animals. Once again, man-made does not just compare the benefits of natural sources.

Now that all of your labels should be listed of gram trans fat, keep in mind that if a quantity of trans fat is listed on a meat or dairy product, it is most likely the natural good trans fat that we discussed here is. Otherwise, if the amount of trans is listed on any processed foods, it is dangerous unhealthy nonsense from artificially hydrogenated oils, so stay away!

I hope you have enjoyed this interesting look at good trans fats versus bad trans fats and used the information to arm yourself with more healthful food choices for a better body.
