How to be an entrepreneur

Hi

In the first years of my life, I remember my dad telling me how to do everything right and what to do, but what I most remember from my dad is how much he taught me how to be an Entrepreneur. I believe those entrepreneurs who have had the opportunity to learn to be Entrepreneurs have all been successful, many succeeded in different ways, but we all have benefited. From my dad to my friend

Here are a few things my dad taught me from the moment I started, to the time I finished college and has been critical in becoming me, today.

1. All ideas come from personal experience.

Growing up around a lot of entrepreneurs, it’s tough to grasp what their process is. I still struggle a little now and then.

Sure, they are born entrepreneurs, but be afraid not to try your hand at doing something that has never been done before. My brother and I have been listening to Corporate Awake Podcast.

The weekly episodes show how to really embrace your inner entrepreneur and how to succeed. They have taught me so much, even on my own.

Listen to an episode as a listener! Hit the 30-minute mark. The podcast is free to subscribe to. There is a “tap to play” option that allows you to play a separate episode every month and can be enjoyed as often as you want.

This has really saved me from many embarrassing situations while my brother and I are at the same party, getting way too close to each other. The podcast was meant to help founders think out of the box, think about the risks they are taking, and consider the decisions they are making. It will have you think creatively.

2. Everybody else is successful.

When I tell my family and friends, it’s considered a funny joke.

Not all of us are the same. Some of us are driven. Some are goal-oriented. Some, introverted, but I believe the risk taking, and not being afraid to try something new in the beginning, also helps others succeed.

Recognize the power of success. Don’t compare yourself to others. Pay attention to how that person is competing and comparing yourself to that person. Maybe in an effort to be better, you are convinced that you are at their level.

3. Life isn’t all business.

This is something I really struggle with. I often overthink my business, which may be a misconception. It is tempting, but sometimes it is better to go with your instinct.

As a whole, I appreciate parents who make sure that I know that life isn’t all work and no play. I am more passionate and focused about my business, but I also appreciate my family, who are very supportive.

I love hanging out with my friends. It has really turned into a way of life and is very productive to my business success.

4. Evaluate the market and only do what you can to change things.

To be successful, you have to understand your target audience. Good marketing is the ability to learn your target market and assess the appropriate ways to become successful within that market.

This is extremely easy for me because I have real life friends and acquaintances who are very successful in business, I know what they do, but what they don’t do is what I am focused on.

In this business, business that is creating a better product, I specialize in.

If your goal is to be successful in Business Development, then I suggest becoming knowledgeable in the field in advance. It’s easier to get your eye on the door than it is to take the product to market.

5. Use 5 figures to grow your business.

Don’t be afraid to use your business cash flow to buy things that make you money. This method of growth can make or break your company. Your business operations should make enough to grow your business, not just your budget for a startup.

Worth it!
