Every challenging job brings a certain level of satisfaction, but the fitness industry has an amazing 85% job satisfaction rate according to the Idea Health & Fitness study. Job Satisfaction In that survey, 98% of respondents felt that “My work gives me a sense of accomplishment.” Lack of personal satisfaction is the most common reason people quit their jobs. These statistics make it clear that this is a very consensus on which we can work. For many of us who worked in the corporate world and switched to the health and fitness industry, the power felt in a health club, ashram, or health center is the same. to be on vacation. There is always something to be done, but the work itself is very enjoyable. Rewards to Help Family, Friends, Students, and Colleagues Your self-esteem improves as you find solutions to manage the pain of others, illness, resilience, stress management, positive thinking, etc. The list goes on, as you do on your own. the journey of self-improvement, but the feeling of satisfaction you get from helping someone find the right path, is more than words. You will always remember: That student who reaches the right weight, the disabled student who finds that he, too, can live a better life, and the student who leaves your class without the headaches or back pain they brought. Your Own Life As a Yoga practitioner, you are more aware of your daily ups and downs. He monitors your breathing, posture, mood, appetite, and daily exercise. As a Yoga teacher, you set an example for your students and teach them to live a quality life. This method will make you live longer and live better. No Job Unemployment When the working country is in “9 to 5” mode, you have many opportunities with Corporate Accounts, Fitness Industry, Higher Institutions, Medical Institutions, Referrals, etc. This is where you have to educate yourself, for any free time you have. When I was fully self-employed, there were more opportunities to teach Yoga during the day outside the site than I had in the area with many Yoga teachers and active studios. One of my top students, who became a Yoga teacher through our on-site program, inherited an area I could no longer work due to time constraints. The goal is to connect with them. This is where your postcards come in handy, if you do not have a personal reference. Continuing Education Yes, learning new things keeps your mind refreshed and healthy. You will never tire of learning, exploring, and exploring. There are so many features of Yoga, that the length of one life is not enough to study it all. It is not a race, but a journey. You will find friends, colleagues, and students who are on the same path. This makes giving, receiving, and sharing a wonderful experience along the way. Time You will have time to stop, think, breathe, relax, or meditate. You can always fill your plate beyond its limits, but you no longer need to fill it. You can decide if you will be trapped in a traffic jam during running time. You decide what hours you will work and what days you will rest on. You will find that your time is yours. Independence Everyone wants to take control of their lives, but very few achieve that. Being in business on your own can help you and your family. There are certainly limits to what one person can achieve, but it is better to try than to never try. Success No matter what you want, if you write down your short-term and long-term goals, you will be well on your way to achieving them. You should keep these goals in a place where you can see them every day and imagine yourself achieving your goals. You need to be clear about the timeframes and behaviors used to meet them. You can even use them for meditation. Review your long-term goals at least once a season and once a year. Review your short-term goals every day. You will find yourself succeeding faster this way. Lastly, goals do not have to be materialistic. Example: You may want to start teaching Yoga for a year, and the following year, get a position to teach part-time Yoga. This kind of goal is realistic and is for the benefit of mankind. That is the key - If you choose a goal that will benefit others, you will surely achieve it.
