Effects of Cracking Fingers

Cracking fingers has many harmful effects on the person who does them constantly, including  - Damages the tissues and ligaments of the joints of the hand and fingers.- Exposure to a sharp drop in pressure, which results in bubbles of fluid in the area surrounding the damaged joint.- Irreversible and chronic problems with the joints, and over time and years a person becomes unable to do this habit.- Aging and weakness of Fingers early in life.- Continuous shivering of the hands, which leads to the inability of the person to remove or carry any object of any size, and this condition increases with age.- Abnormalities in the form of hands and fingers, and increase the size of the fingers and nodes so that they appear unattractive, with also a change in texture, so that they become more coarser than they were before doing this habit.- The joints of the hand are twisted and flexed when the fingers are squeezed in a continuous manner, resulting in a negative impact on the synovial fluid, which acts to prevent joints from friction, as well as absorbing the shocks and strokes of the fingers. People follow this habit in cases where they are exposed to a certain feeling such as fear, anxiety, shame and tension or exercise or in their free time to feel entertainment and or to waste time, avoid doing this habit to harm, and search for other habits useful and harmless to the fingers of the hands, In cases where it is difficult to stop cracking your fingers, you can occupy your hands in any other way, do not neglect the harmful effects of this habit.
