Computer languages are often a hard subject for beginners. However, it is possible to get started and learn the fundamentals of computer programming without being an expert in all languages. To do this, it is best to choose a language that interests you and look into what resources are available for learning said language--whether online or in person (from books or tutorials). Once you've narrowed down your options, I would recommend focusing on problem solving skills and not just the syntax of the language itself--you will likely find that most problems are solved by looking at a program from different angles and coming up with clever solutions. Remember: not everyone starts out as an expert coder so don't be discouraged!
Python or Javascript should be the first languages you start with as they are fairly easy compared to other languages and have simple syntax.
