School Education
It is common in the human cycle nowadays to get admitted in the primary school to learn the fundamentals around him, his language, lifestyle, food, source everything until he gets into higher secondary. He just learns the world, the earth its evolution.
After his teenage the mob mentality of the children begins to vanish slowly; he falls behind the search for identity, his own identity. This is the process of how every human grows in the past decade and will be for a future decade. School Education plays a vital in the process of human growth.
How many of us can say our school life was not affected in any way?
I remember myself getting manipulated by one of my teachers; she complained about me as I hadn't done my classwork while other children were doing that; I don't like to write even now; I love to listen to classes but not to write. My way of learning was interrupted, questioned, and disrespected ...I was not the only one..and it is not the only incident; there are a lot. A child has to go through a lot in the school Education; most of the time, they are voiceless to question the authority.
Every child has their own way of learning each should respect and treated equally, A child is not a product given to teachers to structure; they are soulful humans who will grow up one day and feel awkward about their childhood memories and feel disrespectful to the teachers for their treatments on them.
How could you expect them to respect elders?
Students of different socioeconomic backgrounds get together in the school; their mentality will be different; they feel strange about everything for the first time. It is the teacher's duty to teach them the roles of themselves in society and clarify their doubts and hesitation towards society.
Only Teachers can help them getting fully educated not only on paper but my mind; in countries like India, A well educated even gold medalist science professor can fall into the trap of superstitious activity in the name of God, which means their education is on paper but not by mind, Education should be informative, creative, and reliable. A Teacher can give such clarity in education means he can be called a good teacher.
Apart from all this nowadays in India, a lot of sexual harassment in the school has been reported, especially those schools run on the belief of godman or godliness, those harassments has long history 20 to 30years, the children who had been gone through such a trauma is not that possible to come out of the trauma. Children's childhood should be filled with calm, happy, and moral incidents. Still, in reality, most of the children's days were filled with abuses, body shaming, harassment, and the usage of disgraceful words. Is there any way to change this bitter truth?...
Only one thing that can change all this is mindful education which gives awareness to everyone, from the children to the teacher.
