If you observe, on every toothpaste we usually see some statements like "USE ONLY A PIECE AS THE AMOUNT OF PASTE". It means that you have to use only a little amount of paste for brushing your teeth with the brush, but what we usually do is different and opposite.
So, if you are using that much amount of paste every day while you brush your teeth, it causes huge damage to your beautiful teeth. Because of the presence of fluoride and the sweetness in the paste, you will sooner lose this layer known as enamel which is present in the teeth. The fact is, Enamel is the hardest part of your body. Like a hard shell, it will protect the rest of the tooth. Like bones, it is also made up of calcium and phosphate.
Your teeth are uniquely yours. your teeth are like your fingerprint, I mean they are completely and uniquely yours. That is the actual reason where some will us the dental reports for the identity of a human. Even twins also don't have any identical teeth and also the same applies to your tongue, it's also unique.
Generally, we see some kids eating the paste instead of using it for brushing their teeth, so this is the reason for which those kid's teeth will spoil in the early stages of their life.
