which type of cholesterol does your body have?

Cholesterol is an important factor in human blood. Cholesterol is a waxy type of fat or lipid that travels throughout the human body through the bloodstream, Because lipids dissolve in water, and do not separate from the blood. Cholesterol is produced by your body, but it can also be found in food. Cholesterol helps to regulate many body functions. Cholesterol also helps in cell formation and detoxification. It is also important for bone health. Calcium should absorb bone structure. And for this purpose, at least half of the animal fat should be given. Cholesterol is a source of vitamin D and the major hormones that regulate stress, energy, and  hormones (estrogen, progesterone, DHEA, testosterone, etc.). Cholesterol is essential for the reduction of LP (a), a fluid that is essential for heart disease. It also helps to strengthen the immune system. It also has anti-depressant properties. It also helps the liver to produce bile. The main sources of cholesterol in the human body are liver and diet. 80% of cholesterol is made in the liver and the rest is found in food. Animal foods such as egg, and dairy foods. Cholesterol is of two types. One type is called low-density lipoprotein and the other is a very high protein. Low density lipoprotein is a major carrier of cholesterol in the blood (LDL). Bad cholesterol is also known as LDL. Their job is to transport cholesterol from the liver to the blood cells. If low density lipoprotein levels remain high, a person is at greater risk for heart failure, because LDL causes clogged arteries. When the body has a high amount of LDL, then it begins to cling to the walls of blood vessels and as a result, blood flow is disrupted, and in extreme cases, blood flow stops. And when the blood flow stops, it becomes a heartbeat. HDL, sometimes known as good cholesterol, binds to cholesterol and carries it to the liver. This cholesterol is then excreted by the liver. HDL level should be in good balance with LDL. High fat diets are the main reasons for getting high LDL levels. Obesity is another major cause of increased LDL levels. It also lowers HDL in the body. Smokers have very low HDL levels. The function of HDL is to lower LDL levels. As a result, LDL increases. This causes smokers to develop heart disease. Age is also a factor in increasing LDL levels in both men and women. In women, after menopause, LDL rises naturally. Similarly, the production of cholesterol in the body is inherited. If the ancestors had a high LDL tendency, the next generation has also been at greater risk for high cholesterol. When a person has high levels of bad cholesterol, it is easy to lower their levels. Embracing a simple life-style can be very helpful. Vegetables, fruits, and protein-based plants are very helpful. Similarly, regular physical activity is very important in maintaining good cholesterol levels. Healthy living is possible if the body is free from stress, unhealthy food, and regular exercise.
