- Thoughtful Leadership:- Leaders' belief system is completely different. Leaders know that thing what followers don't. That is everybody wants appreciation. suppose you cooked food and she asks you how it is, she wants to hear from you that food is good. She asks you 2 times. She asks until you say that it's good. Many times it happens that we tell her that it is not good, but leaders do not do this, there thought the process is slightly different. Leaders know that Mom wants appreciation for her work and they said the food is very good. Not only Mom they appreciate everybody because they know that the peoples get motivated by praising. A leader always wants people to follow their vision. Being a leader you have to know that everybody wants credit. In every field, the leader takes all responsibility for failure and gives credit for success to other peoples.
- Expressional Leadership:- When I talk about this I don't think that people speak in leadership language. If I ask you how are you then you say I am fine. Whatever your response depends on your body language. So your body language will be as you say. So don't speak the language of vacuum. For example, if anybody asks you how are you In place of saying I fine say I am amazing I am the top of the world. I am enjoying my life. Don't be a boy or abusive be a leader. So you are a leader and if you don't think that you are a leader so bring that quality in you.
- Personal Leadership;- Remember being a leader is very challenging. People notice whatever you do. People notice little things whatever you do. So you have control over yourself. So here you need to be a leader. Whatever you do, you have to do it as best as you can. it's a little hard to do but I want you to do this. For example, if I ask anyone to do any work and I don't do that so it's a boy thing but we want to become a leader. bring that personal leadership in you and become an example for peoples. It is a bit difficult but it will be fun, just you need to change a little habit. Pro Tip:- Society wants leaders, not followers
