Or, get a pedometer, a piece of equipment that measures how far you walk and lets you know how many miles you can walk every week. Treat the winner of a special competition among your friends or family members with something that has nothing to do with food! Make exercising a pleasant experience for yourself, and you'll soon make it a regular part of your healthier lifestyle.
