Though there are many health benefits of leaves, but we don't know the right 

processes for their consumption. We can drink it as tea, but the best 

way is to make a mash.

 We will need:  

 

 Drumstick tree leaves = 2 cups.

 Garlic = half a cup.

 Chopped onion = 1 cup.

 Raw chili = 5/6.

 Chopped coriander = 3 tbsp.

 Salt = 1.5/2 teaspoon.

 Mustard oil = 5 tbsp.

 

First, we have to fry the garlic, chopped onion, sliced raw chili 

chopped coriander in the mustard oil for 3 minutes with a pinch of salt, fry the drumstick tree leaves in the mustard oil for 5 minutes, blend them or smash them all together with the salt and enjoy with chips or rice.
