Why Constipation occurs ??

Constipation most commonly occurs when waste or stool moves too slowly through the digestive tract or cannot be eliminated effectively from the rectum, which may cause the stool.      Constipation is something that we never take care of. Because of our lifestyle and the food we eat will affect our body 'and' then we get constipated.

  • Loss of appetite.
  • A lack of energy.
  • Being irritable, angry or unhappy.
  • Foul-smelling wind and stools.
  • Stomach pain and discomfort.
  • Soiling their clothes.
  • Generally feeling unwell.

When you can't get stool out of your body, it can start to stick together in your intestines. The hardened mass gets stuck and causes a blockage. The squeezing your colon normally uses to push stool out of your body can't move it because it's too large and hard. It can cause pain and vomiting. So to cure that constipation in natural ways we need to add lots and lots of fiber to our food ... what??? Fiber ??? What's that.

  • Alcohol. Alcohol is frequently mentioned as a likely cause of constipation. ...
  • Gluten-containing foods. Gluten is a protein found in grains like wheat, barley, rye, gamut, and critical...
  • Processed grains. ...
  • Milk and dairy products. ...
  • Red meat. ...
  • Fried or fast foods. ...
  • Persimmons.

Fiber is nothing but adding lots and lots of vegetables to our food plant like salads we can say ... if we get that large amount of fiber food we can cure constipation easily...

  1. Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day, unless your doctor told you to limit fluids for another reason.
  2. Try warm liquids, especially in the morning.
  3. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet.
  4. Eat prunes and bran cereal.
  5. Exercise most days of the week. ...
  6. Don't ignore the urge to poop.

From pizzas, burgers, from French fries we get nothing but just satisfaction.

But if we eat food that our earth gives, we don't even get anybody or health related issues either.

  Symptoms of constipation include:

  • You have fewer than three bowel movements a week.
  • Your stools are dry, hard and/or lumpy.
  • Your stools are difficult or painful to pass.
  • You have a stomach ache or cramps.
  • You feel bloated and nauseous.
  • You feel that you haven't completely emptied your bowels after a movement.

So before eating something, we should think twice that if we are getting good amount of fiber and the benefits out of this or not. So along with that add a good handful amount of nuts and seeds to your Plat because that will help to not get constipated and helps your skin to look good 'and' your hair will shine like never before ...

Examples of home remedies to soften stools include:

  1. Abdominal massage. Sometimes a stomach massage can help stimulate the bowels if they're not moving enough to help stool digest more quickly. ...
  2. Drink more water. ...
  3. Eat more fiber. ...
  4. Avoid empty-calorie, low-fiber foods. ...
  5. Exercise.

Before eating anything, it ls important to know what you are eating and how it gonna affect our body and mind...

   Fiber

  • whole grains, such as whole wheat bread and pasta, oatmeal, and bran flake cereals.
  • Legumes, such as lentils, black beans, kidney beans, soybeans, and chickpeas.
  • Fruits, such as berries, apples with the skin on, oranges, and pears.
  • Vegetables, such as carrots, broccoli, green peas, and collard greens.
