On 29 June 2020, India banned 59 Chinese apps. These 59 Chinese apps had many favorite apps such as Tik Tok, UC browser, and also CLUB FACTORY. The closure of the Club Factory app caused a lot of damage to many Indian sellers. Because the club factory refused to give them their great money. The club factory said that they are not paying cash because of the ' force majeure' clause.
Many Indian seller's money is sinking due to this, and they have become agitated. This problem is also not getting media coverage, and the Indian seller is in a lot of trouble. Some Indian seller has lost crores and is being forced to make so much trouble even to suicide. The Indian government did a great job by closing 59 Chinese apps as they were doing a problem on the Integrity, security, and Sovereignty Policy of all of India. But some Indian seller has also suffered a lot from this. The Indian government did a great job banning these apps. Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, launched the Initiative of Self-reliant India on 12 July 2020. From now on, when any online app or any person will sell any goods, then it has become necessary to have a tag in which country the product is made. All these things are perfect, and all these things carry forward the self-reliant India Initiative. But those who were associated with many seller club factories have got a lot of problems. Indian sellers are unable to reveal their grief anywhere and are only tweeting on Twitter that we have lost so much. The Club Factory Chinese app has refused to pay all the Indian sellers at the moment, and they are doing this because they are saying that? We are currently unable to complete our contract. Because of this, we will not be able to give your money right now. Because a big problem has come, and they are saying this under the force majeure clause.
Should the government not think about the damage to these sellers before banning apps?. This is a massive question because sellers of India are registered in Chinese apps and do their selling work from there. Today many Indian sellers who were doing their work in other apps like club factory, have become entirely unemployed. At least the Indian government should have taken care of the sellers who were doing a lot of work in Chinese apps, and their money was stopped. More than two thousand sellers of India who were working in the club factory and selling their products have suffered a lot. The All India Online Vendors Association sought information about this from the RBI, but so far, no information has been given by the RBI. Here the club factory has done wrong because they have stopped the money off sellers. But what does the Indian government do for this? It has to be seen. Because the funds of 2000 sellers are held up, this means that many Indians because many Indians will make the product of 2000 sellers. They have all suffered.
