Introduction to Cloud Computing:

Cloud computing becomes a promising network for the infrastructure model capable of implementing large-scale applications in a convenient method.  Multi-Tenancy and elasticity are two key features of the cloud model. Multi-Tenancy enables the sharing of the same service instance between different tenants. Elasticity enables scaling to increase and decrease resources allocated to a service based on the current service requests. The model has many open problems that affect the model's creditability and pervasiveness.

Cloud Computing Security Issues

 Multi-tenancy:

Multi-tenancy refers to sharing physical devices and virtualized resources between multiple independent users. Cloud providers use multi-tenancy features to meet customers’ needs.

 Loss of Control:

In these conditions where the users lose control over their data, they see the cloud provider as a black box where they cannot directly monitor the resources transparently.

 Trust Chain in Clouds:

Trust plays an important role in attracting more consumers by assuring cloud providers. Due to loss of control, cloud users rely on the cloud providers using trust mechanisms as an alternative to giving users transparent control over their data and cloud resources.

 Locality:

In cloud computing, the data is spread over a number of regions, and finding the location of data is tough. So there is an issue with data privacy laws in cloud computing.

 Breaches:

Data Breaches are another important security issue to be concentrated in clouds. Since large data from various users are stored in the cloud, there is a possibility of malicious users entering the cloud such that the entire cloud environment is prone to a high-value attack.

 Segregation:

One of the main characteristics of cloud computing is multi-tenancy. Since multi-tenancy allows for the storage of data by multiple users on cloud servers, there is a possibility of data intrusion.

Conclusion:

 Attaining a sufficient level of security in the cloud to avoid technological and informational risks is essential for individuals, organizations, or states that use or provide cloud services. It is important to be able to identify the values to be protected and the risks properly to regulate the security requirements and the means to satisfy them. Cloud security must address the availability, integrity, and confidentiality needs of certain resources. Protecting information when it is transferred is not enough; it is equally unprotected, maybe more unprotected, when it is processed, processed, and archived. However, in addition to practical security measures to protect values, there is a need for responsive measures to lessen unwanted happenings, whether they are criminal or result from errors or natural disasters. In addition, the organization's staff must be trained in security measures and must promise to respect them. Cloud computing security also depends on the honesty of people who design, manage and use cloud infrastructures and on the proper management of human resources.
