In this article I want to share a thought which I think is related as there are many children still in our country who are underpriveleged fron their Rights for Education. Due to poverty and to cope with their financial problems children are send to work. This was neither Nehru Ji's dream nor Government as to support them Government has already launched various scheme for which we need to motivate them so that they can make use of it and educate their children.
As we all know that Children's Day is celebrated on 14th November every year as a tribute to India's First Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, who is fondly known as Chacha Nehru among children. On this occasion various educational and motivational programs are held for children by Schools, NGO's and Organisation.
Here arises a question in my mind that do all the children are privileged enough to get their Rights for Education. This day is celebrated as a tribute to Nehru Ji on his Birth Anniversary because he was the one who advocated for children to have fulfilled education, and for which he is famous among children as Chacha Nehru. But do his wish of educating each and every child is getting fulfilled? Is it enough to conduct some programs for the children on this day? Can't we do something for those children who are still underprivileged from their Rights for Education.
The answer to all this question is 'Yes' there are various ways. According to famous saying that "If there is a lock, there will be a key as well", which mean if there is a problem there will surely be a solution. So, in this particular day, if instead of organising programs in a campus surrounded by wall, it is organised in an open space surrounded by people whose children are not privileged enough to get their education due to poverty.
To give awarness on importance of education various act can be performed through which messages can be given to parents to send their children to school and colleges, and how their children and even they would be beneficial from it. Through the act they can be informed about various scheme provided by the Government, so that they get motivated and send their children to school and colleges instead of asking them to earn. Along with it, various other activities can also be conducted, where even the children those who are underprivileged from education can participate. By doing so, one can make out in which field a child is interested, based on it their parents can be motivated.
By conducting this event with such activities, the Children's Day would be celebrated in true meaning, where even the underprivileged get the privileged to celebrate it and other children gets to learn how privilged and lucky they are to get education.
So let us all try to spread the awarness about the value of education.
