Canada's foreign minister said Wednesday that China is becoming a more disruptive global force and urged companies against strengthening their connections because of geopolitical dangers.
Mlanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs, made the statements at the Munk School of Global Affairs at the University of Toronto, ahead of her government's announcement of an Indo-Pacific policy next month.
