Can We Predict a Global Pandemic?

Can we Predict a Global Pandemic?

This  point  is perhaps the foremost dangerous, frightening and surprising. This generation of ours might not have ever experienced this. We didn't have time to think that there'll be a time that a worldwide pandemic will affect the entire world such a lot that each eighth person within the world will need to face lockdown. so far, we believed that humans are the best creation of nature. Perhaps after the creation of life on this planet, nothing much was made like us. We were very pleased with ourselves and did not know when this pride became ego.

Our mind is so developed that we are ready to understand many secrets from the deepest secrets of the universe to the origin of life. If we glance at our history, we'll find that on the idea of the research of scientists, it's been about one lakh thirty thousand years to spend a totally developed person on the world, eight thousand years made cities. We are known to find out from our mistakes, but one mistake from which we've not been ready to learn lessons till now. we've had a really close relationship with many diseases and epidemics since human history. They challenged us at every stage of our life.

The Black Death, pandemic,1320

Nearly every 100 years we encounter minimum one pandemic. Our history is filled with such examples. the good plague of Marseille in 1720, during which 100,000 people lost their lives, then the Spanish flu in 1920 which killed about 50,000,000 people, which gave it the foremost dangerous epidemic status after the Black Death, thanks to which sixty per cent of the population of Europe was eliminated. So now the question is, does science have any such technology, method, and any instrument which will predict the longer-term pandemic? Have we learned anything from our worst experiences? or maybe today we'll consider only things gets out of our control.

Great Plague of Plague, 1720

Actually keeping this in mind, some responsible scientists started working together on a project on a worldwide scale named Global Virome Project. This project was started in 2016 with the aim of discovering every virus and bacteria and doing research on them. The most tasks in these researches were what is going to be the consequences of those new viruses and bacteria on the physical body, can they cause diseases in humans, etc.

Scientists wanted to seek out whether a future epidemic might be predicted beforehand. But consistent with some experts, this is often not enough, because there'll be numerous countless viruses and bacteria on this earth, about which all the knowledge is difficult or impossible to seek out. By the way, every bacteria or virus does not spread serious diseases in humans. Identifying of viruses and bacteria which can spread the disease, maybe a very difficult and time-consuming task and there's no guarantee that the virus which is not spreading the disease will evolve in future and ready to spread disease. for instance, an equivalent thing happened with the coronavirus.

          Spanish Flu,1920

An adviser has said that failure is that the key to success. Because we must learn something important from that failed effort, but through the efforts that scientists made within the Global Virome Project, we gave many important information using which we will make new medicines and vaccines. we will advance the research in future by recording the genetic sequence of viruses whose drugs cannot be made. Actually, we should always understand that nothing goes waste in research.

           Adam Kucharski

Adam Kucharski allow us to move a touch beyond 2016 to 2018. During an interview show in 2018, Adam Kucharski, who may be a scientist and has analyzed many epidemics. Consistent with them, why should we not create an app whereby we track the locations of individuals in order that we'll get this information whether the person did not attend anywhere where he's scared of some disease. This concept is extremely good and quite innovative. This will certainly help us in predicting epidemics. But it'll work effectively only it's directly under the govt and send its data on to the govt. During this way, any country can get the knowledge about the outbreak of a sick and as soon as possible, in order that the government can take the proper and quick decisions.

Bill Gates, who is known as among the world's richest people, warned all governments during an interview show in 2015? The rationale for his trouble was that the governments spend huge amount of cash to shop for arms, asked them to concentrate to health facilities for the security of the people, a number of their suggestions are as follows: -

1. To create a reputable world organization that monitors diseases which will be susceptible to future epidemics and does its job independently.

2. Increase the number of doctors in your countries, improve health facilities and employment of health Cops.

3. Then the country's military and health coops should be integrated, in order that they will provide health facilities at the time of need.

4. Lastly, it's necessary that the research work on these drugs and vaccines should be accelerated further.

Within the end, all I will be able to say is that albeit we cannot predict the epidemics, we should always a minimum of be prepared for it. we should always have startJobsed this work only after the Ebola outbreak of 2015. But sadly we did not do that. And today coronavirus is the results of this but I will be able to say that we should always be ready for the longer term too and that we should start this work immediately after the coronavirus is eradicated when the conditions are normal again.
