How people control their subconscious mind?

How people control their subconscious mind?

It depends on how you define "control". Because it is your subconscious, you can usually not monitor it "on purpose" and control it with your best interest.

The subconscious, has been built throughout your life and has programmed your behavior in a certain way.

That is why you and most of us have reactions that we do not understand and do not adhere to the person we think or expect from us.

These reactions are sometimes referred to as "inner child", "subconscious", "irrational fear", etc. The bottom line is that these reactions arise from coping mechanisms that develop at some point in our lives. No longer applies, but we are “tough” to make them all equal.

The good news is that our brain can be neuroblastic for a long time. This means the hard-wiring may change. It can be easy for some and difficult for others.

Hard-wiring your brain basically means that over the years you have built some ways that you can use as reference points to understand and work with the world around you.

They give you a definite outlook on life and dominate your behavior to some extent. These routes are used daily and are in-depth.

They are confident because you choose not to think in a certain way, you do it because you have done so for many years.

Personality styles and certain mental illnesses are also attributed to these neural pathways, for example you may be optimistic, pessimistic, alert, sudden, depressed, or insane.

So I covered somewhat what the subconscious means. We have all developed some coping mechanisms and some life attitudes. But for many of us, these methods no longer work well because the surrounding circumstances have changed since we were little and / or we have decided that we do not like the life we are living now. That is why we want to change our subconscious to serve us in these new situations.

When our life is not satisfying for us, we can do 2 things:

If dissatisfied situations are under our control, and we can change them to suit the subconscious we already have, we can try to change them.

We must replace our own hard-wiring if conditions are not under our control.

The first step in getting NR. 2 Knowing which belief limits us from experiencing happiness and contentment in the present circumstances (I am not talking about exhilarating happiness here, comfort and satisfaction first).

It may be the belief that “I am boring or not equally beautiful with someone else” and this may arise from the volatile experience of childhood.

This belief is limited to creating meaningful social circles and is always afraid of failure. Once you have learned this belief, try to challenge it emotionally and intellectually by saying, "I am as beautiful and interesting as everyone else" or feeling appropriate.

Be careful not to go to extremes by saying “I am more terrible than them”. Extremities are not always realistic and bring conflict to relationships.

This verification may seem completely alien to you and fake, because it is against your nature, and you have a habit of thinking you are useless, and you will be mentally stressed from saying it. So do this exercise for a while until you feel more comfortable. But that is not enough.

You need to push yourself to get new experiences as you try and change your mindset. For example, if you are trying to adopt an important / fun / beautiful mood like someone else, go out and test this hypothesis with real life people.

Look at their responses in the context of what has become “identical” in practical terms. For example, just because someone jokes about your joke does not mean you are less funny, it means you are a different kind of funny, they are not the same length or have a different opinion.

Meditate. When you are relaxed and not thinking, it is much easier and more productive to change your way of thinking.

Thought does not mean belief. You are trying to change your beliefs, it changes the way you think.

Belief produces an appropriate idea automatically without a second thought. You don’t want to spend the rest of your life guessing everything and convincing yourself about something a second time. You want to be confident in thinking differently.

So you have to change your underlying beliefs. Guided meditation (YouTube is an excellent source), can be changed by interacting with CBT and people who re-enforce the person you have changed with a practical application in real life situations. Want.

This can take time, but the results are much better than being constantly modest in looking at or evaluating the situation.

Another thing to consider is, do not let your subconscious transformation become an obsession. Do not think about what you want to change all the time and constantly test and over-analyze because you will always find differences.

Set aside time during the day or week to change your beliefs through meditation, meet specific people or groups to test your change, and always play and play without thinking about how your transformation will take place.

Make time for relaxation. The second is very important, because it relaxes your mind and allows changes to sink in without invading mental abilities. Being is very important

The last point to consider when choosing intensities. I mean, if you seriously believe in something social or anti-social, good or bad, beautiful or **** etc. and you try to reach the other end of the spectrum (rather than anti-social), always be social, instead of lying, always be honest then you Must not be happy.

Life goes on in gray. You will never be completely this or that, you will always be more or less, and you will only be able to compare yourself with your past self.

Try not to compare yourself with others, because no matter how much you change, you will experience frustration and anxiety. Choose the middle line and be satisfied with it. Perfections are usually found only in mathematics, physics, and science, and there they are controversial.

  I hope this helps
