حضرت محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم چھٹی صدی میں عرب میں پیدا ہوئے۔ ایک ایسے وقت میں جب یہ خطہ زیادہ تر کافر تھا، اسے اللہ کی طرف سے وحی ملنا شروع ہوئی جو بعد میں مسلمانوں کے عقیدے کی بنیاد بنیں گی۔ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی سب سے مشہور تعلیمات میں سے ایک جسمانی اور روحانی دونوں طرح سے صفائی کی اہمیت ہے۔ یہ تعلیم حفظان صحت کے اسلامی قانون میں جھلکتی ہے، جس کے تحت مسلمانوں کو نماز سے پہلے وضو کرنا پڑتا ہے۔

حالیہ سائنسی تحقیق سے ثابت ہوا ہے کہ صفائی پر نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا زور اپنے وقت سے بہت آگے تھا۔ مطالعات سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ باقاعدگی سے ہاتھ دھونے سے بیماری کے پھیلاؤ کو نمایاں طور پر کم کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ درحقیقت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیت الخلا استعمال کرنے کے بعد ہاتھ دھونے کی بھی سفارش کی ہے!  کی موجودہ عالمی وبا کے ساتھ، صفائی کی اہمیت کو اس طرح اجاگر کیا گیا ہے جتنا پہلے کبھی نہیں تھا۔ یہ واضح ہے کہ صفائی پر نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی تاکید نہ صرف ایمان پر مبنی تھی بلکہ صحیح سائنس پر بھی تھی۔

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was known for his physical fitness and stamina. On one occasion, he ran from Mecca to Medina, a distance of approximately 200 miles, in just two days! Even in his later years, the Prophet was known for his strength and energy.

 

What can we learn from the Prophet's example for fitness?

 

First and foremost, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) demonstrates the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle. He was physically active on a daily basis, and made sure to get plenty of exercise. This is something we should all aspire to do, as it is essential for our physical and mental health.

 

In addition, the Prophet's example shows us that it is never too late to start living a healthy lifestyle. Even in his later years, the Prophet was able to maintain his fitness and strength. This is an inspiration for us all, regardless of our age or current fitness level.

 

Finally, the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) example highlights the importance of perseverance in achieving our fitness goals. Despite his hectic schedule, the Prophet made time for physical activity on a daily basis. He did not give up, even when faced
