People started falling ill, 1200 patients were rescued

Water rotted in these areas. People are getting sick due to dirt, mosquitoes and foul smell. Dengue is causing havoc in Patna. So far, more than six hundred patients have reached the Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH), the largest hospital in Patna, for treatment of dengue. 58 new patients were found on the previous day. Other diseases have also increased. According to sources, so far, 12 hundred patients have been treated and treated from waterlogged areas.

Scavenging and drug spraying to prevent epidemics

In Patna, a total of 150 teams of Municipal Corporation and Health Department are engaged in spraying of fogging, bleaching etc. with the help of sick people in the affected areas. However, some fogging machines have also gone bad. Distribution of water and milk packets is being done continuously by the Patna district administration. Community kitchens are running at two locations in Patna. So far 1.71 thousand bottles of water, 56 thousand water pouches, 21500 packets of two hundred mm milk, and 33,631 packets of half liter milk have been distributed.
