Be a Facilitator on This Planet
As the title suggests, facilitating others is a key to your success. So that people can interact with their leader without any hesitation. A good facilitator creates a good atmosphere. How can we idealize a good facilitator? Keep in your mind that your job is to help others by hand, thought, or language. The path of the way-giver never ceases, it will unfold magically.
Lead your life like a river that flows towards its destination, crossing every obstacle and hitting rocks and stones. The river makes its way, and you should make your way too. We should make up for our shortcomings like it is our moral obligation to display ourselves in the beauty parlor created by Allah for our shortcomings such as goodness, accountability, good demeanor, impartiality and fairness, telling lies, maturity of character, and respect for others, etc. to the principles made by the Creator. It will lead to a path of peace and tranquility in our lives. And with time, your anxiety will diminish in your life. And you will be a traveler on a virtuous path where fortune and happiness are always ready to welcome you.
Manage Time like an Umpire:
Another quality of a good person is that he should value time, he organizes his tasks in a stipulated time as it is a reward from the Creator. Time is just a gift from God, if you value his assigned period: He will shower his countless blessings upon you. Affirmative thinking causes positive results, whereas you cannot extract positivity from negativity. Nature favors the person who does even small tasks with great sophistication. If you do not see the vastness of the universe and the manifestation of the Creator, then your vision remains small.
Strive to Be a Bridge:
The third quality is that he should be a problem solver. Strive to solve the issues of the people, not to become a part of the problem. Many people make a small problem big, and many dare to make a big one small. It all depends on us, and how we tackle our problems. What makes a work great is the intention of the work, the work does not become great, its intention makes it big or small.
