Battletoads is a video game that came out in 1991. The first game was titled "Battletoads", it was a 2D Smash 'em up style video game from Rare Ltd.Starring three anthropomorphic toads named after skin conditions, Rash, Zitz, and Pimple. When it was released, it was one of the most advanced video games ever released with pictures. It was such a great game that the game was even converted into an arcade machine in 1994 in partnership with Electronic Arts.
The first story, behind the Battletoads, is about two teenage, mutilated frogs (Not Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles), both named after skin disorders, Rash and Zits. They need to save their brother, who is also named after a skin disorder, Pimple, and Princess Angelica. Princess Angelica is guarded by Evil Dark Queen, she is ruler of Planet Ragnarök. They were instructed by Professor T. Bird, who was armed with a magnificent space shuttle.
