Is it safe to say that we are human due to novel qualities and properties not imparted to one or the other creature or machine? The meaning of "human" is roundabout: we are human by the goodness of the properties that make us human (i.e., particular from creature and machine). It is a definition by nullification: that what isolates us from creature and machine is our "human-ness". ....................
