Carl Pei, the founder of Nothing, hinted at a particular date while replying to one of his followers on Twitter. He tweeted “6/9 at 4:20” as a response. HIGHLIGHTS Nothing Phone (1) has been spotted on the website of the Bureau of Indian Standards. That hints at an imminent launch of Nothing's first phone in India. Carl Pei, founder of Nothing, may have hinted at a launch date of June 9. Nothing’s first smartphone, interestingly called Phone (1), is coming soon, the Carl Pei-led company announced sometime back. While an exact date is not clear, the company has dropped several hints that the Nothing Phone (1) will arrive in India around the same time as its international launch. A fresh leak has now confirmed the Nothing Phone (1) is headed to India soon. According to tipster Mukul Sharma, the Nothing Phone (1) is already in the testing stage in India. That is a clear indication that the Nothing Phone (1) is coming to India soon. But to substantiate his claim further, Sharma shared what looks like a screenshot of the listing of a Nothing device on the website of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The screenshot shows Nothing A063 as the model which Sharma believes belongs to the upcoming Nothing Phone (1). Sharma also said that the batch production of the Nothing Phone (1) has begun in several Eurasian countries, but he has not mentioned what countries these all are.
