We believe those who exercise faith can be healed from any health issue. Jesus is referred to as the Balm in Gilead. In the book of Jeremiah 8:22 we read of the prophet Jeremiah seeing Isreal destitute, without hope (emotionally unhealthy) asked for the healing Balm and a Physician. Balm is a plant that grows in the city of Gilead which is now modern-day Jordan. Balm plant contains a myrrh like substance that is used in medicine. Balm plants found in Gilead is used for inflammation. In Genesis 37:25 the Ishmaelites carried the healing Balm into Egypt, as a gift. Tonight, I tell you THE balm of Gilead is here.
