The journey begins with a road trip from Delhi to Haridwar or Rishikesh, two prominent gateway cities to the Himalayas. These cities are well-connected to Delhi by road and rail networks. From here, pilgrims can hire a taxi or board a shared cab to reach the town of Gaurikund, the last motorable point before Kedarnath.
