Large archiving of Outlook PST files can be slow, repetitive, and prone to mistakes when handled manually, especially when you have thousands of emails and attachments to deal with. For this review, I tested a dedicated PST to PDF conversion solution with an 11.8 GB Outlook mailbox with over 48,000 emails. I have tried few manual methods like printing emails to PDF and using built-in PDF printer of Microsoft. All these methods are not suitable for large scale conversion as they are time-consuming and may miss important data.
