Africa is economically far behind most continents. Throughout the years Africa has developed strong economic ties with Europe. However, things have changed with the coming of China, which has shown more pro-activeness in partnering with Africa. Sensing the economic threat, Europe has made a new agreement with African countries to the tune of $170B. But how will this agreement improve Africa's economy? Is Europe finally serious about developing Africa?
