Electronic Arts (EA) and FIFA have announced that they are ending their decades-long partnership. FIFA said it'd launch new football video games developed by third-party studios and publishers, but added it has granted a new short-term extension to EA Sports to launch 'FIFA 23' this year. EA said that it'll rebrand EA Sports FIFA as EA Sports FC from 2023.
