Engines have become a vital part of all industries, vehicles, and homes. Engines have many types, and a two-stroke engine is one of them. The name of the 2-stroke engine means that it has two piston strokes. The two-stroke engine completes one energy cycle with just two piston strokes per crankshaft revolution. Its operation is the opposite of the 4-stroke engine, which requires 4 strokes of the piston to finish the power/energy cycle within two turns of the crankshaft. In the previous article, we discussed the four-stroke engine. Therefore, here we will discuss the 2-stroke engine.
