काय करावं (To Do): 1. शिवलिंगावर अभिषेक करा – गंगाजल, दूध, बेलपत्र अर्पण करा. 2. सोमवारी उपवास ठेवा – शुभ विवाह व आरोग्यासाठी. 3. ‘ॐ नमः शिवाय’ जप करा – मनशांती आणि भक्ती साधण्यासाठी. 4. सात्त्विक आहार घ्या – फलाहार, दूध, साबुदाणा इत्यादी. 5. रुद्राक्ष धारण करा – आध्यात्मिक उन्नतीसाठी. 6. दानधर्म करा – गरीबांना अन्न, कपडे द्या. 🔶 काय करू नये (Not To Do): 1. मांसाहार, अंडी आणि मद्यपान टाळा. 2. काळ्या रंगाचे कपडे वापरणं टाळा. 3. सोमवारी केस किंवा नखं कापू नका. 4. राग, अपमान, असत्य बोलणं टाळा. 5. लसूण व कांदा वापरणं टाळा. 6. वाद, रात्री जागरण आणि गोंधळ टाळा. 💠 निष्कर्ष: सावन महिना म्हणजे भक्ती, शुद्धता, आणि आत्मिक उन्नतीचा काळ. योग्य नियम पाळून भगवान शिवाची कृपा मिळवा. हर हर महादेव! 🙏
