The prevalence of uncontrolled anger in the U.S population is 7.8%, and another study in India says that 8 out of 10 youth have uncontrolled anger-related issues. Thus, anger management programs and strategies become very crucial for controlling this sudden outburst of emotions in the form of anger. This article aims to sensitize people and create awareness among them regarding anger management groups present in society.
