Sometimes the villain likes to entertain. Most of the time, the villains win, but once they get their laughs, you recognize that you stand with their resonant laughs for a long time. We wanted to honor the bad guys who didn't want anything to indicate what proportion they enjoyed messing with our heroes during this week's Top 10 Evil Loaf's list.
