Salmon and tuna are good sources of vitamin D. If this fish is kept in the daily diet, the deficiency of calcium and omega-3 fatty acids will also be overcome. To maintain good bone health, this fish must be included in the food list. But salmon, tuna are not readily available here. 

2) Dairy products Dairy foods contain good amounts of vitamin D. So to strengthen the bones and keep the body strong, milk, curd, chickpeas, mold, cheese etc. can be kept in the daily diet.

3) soybeans

Several foods such as milk made from soybeans, soybeans, yogurt help increase vitamin D levels. So let the soy-based food be available at the beginning of winter.

4) Mushrooms vitamin D is most needed in the body during the ''winter'' season. But in the absence of sunlight, this vitamin is not available in sufficient quantity. So eat more mushrooms before winter to provide vitamin D. It is very low in fat. Vitamin D content is very high.

5) Sunflower seeds

A very good source of vitamin D is sunflower seeds. So, if you feel a little hungry, you can eat these seeds without resorting to the delicious, fried food from outside. Sunflower seeds can be eaten in salads, smoothies or yogurt.
