A healthy consumer should be well-educated and smart about what healthy eating is actually done. Be smart to eat doesn't mean learning how to count grams of fat or 'to the labels and counting calories.

A wholesome meal is a well-balanced and moderate coffee shop and restaurant experience, consisting of healthy meals at least three times a day. Healthy eaters eat many different types of food but are not limited to a certain type of food or food group. 

Eating healthy requires quite a lot of freedom of action. You can perhaps find too much or too little food foods that are sometimes more or less nutritious.  However, it is necessary to regularly feed your body and make your brain with plenty of food to keep your mind and body strong and sharp.

2.Eat lots of fruit and vegetable

Too much saturated fat can increase the amount of cholesterol in the blood, which increases the risk of heart disease.  On average, men should consume no more than 30g of saturated fat a day. On average, women should consume no more than 20g of saturated fat a day.

4.Base your meals on higher fiber starchy carbohydrates

Starchy carbohydrates should make up just over one-third of the food that you eat. These include potatoes, bread, rice, pasta, and cereal.  Choose varieties that are high in fiber or whole-grain cereals, such as whole-grain pasta, brown rice, or on the skins of potatoes.  They contain more fiber than white or refined starches and carbohydrates and can help you feel full longer and longer.  Try to include at least 1 starchy food with each main meal. 

5.Get active and be a healthy weight

In addition to a healthy diet, regular physical activity can help reduce the risk of developing a serious illness. 6.Do not skip breakfast

Some people skip breakfast because they think it will help them to lose weight.  However, a healthy breakfast high in fiber and low in fat, sugar, and salt can form part of a well-balanced diet and help you get the nutrients you need for good health.  Low-sugar, whole-grain, semi-skimmed milk and slices of the mountain and vegetables make for a delicious and healthy breakfast.

7.Do not get thirsty

You will have to drink plenty of fluids to stop dehydration. The government recommends drinking 6 to 8 glasses per day. This is in addition to the liquid, which can be obtained from the food that you eat.  All kinds of soft drinks, water, skim milk, and low-sugar beverages, such as tea and coffee, healthy choices.  Try to avoid soft, sweet, and soft drinks, as they are high in calories. They are also bad for your teeth.
