How toThe Foods We Eat Always Safe second question

Are The Foods We Eat Always Safe, second ?

It was in 1899 when David Wesson established a vacuum and high temperature process to deodorize cottonseed oil. It was the following year that he marketed "Wesson" oil. It took him more than ten years to fully develop his hydrogenation process. Then in 1903 William Norman patented the hydrogenation process. This process was used to prevent rancidity by turning unsaturated fatty acids into saturated fats.

It was then around 1911 when the artificial fat business really started. These artificial fats don't spoil and go rancid like natural products without refrigerating. This was also the same year that Crisco came onto the food scene. Even the Jewish community accepted Crisco, as it was considered "kosher".

But, tier, margarine didn't finally become popular in America until the time of World War I, even though it was taking about 40% of the market by the 1920s. In the past prior to WWII, there were restrictive laws against margarine that were repealed, and then margarine became a dietary staple, as did maternity and apple pie. And soon after, followed by Crisco and artificial lard. It was during this period that refined oils made a huge inroad, into the market and became attractive to the consumer. These refined oils really made the manufacturer great for housewives of that time. It seems that no one has ever noticed that even insects will not eat these oils when they are spilled.

But by this time, it was pretty clear that these artificial oils and other products were here to stay. No one ever cared about, or even thought about, the long-term consequences on the health of the nation that come with these cheap artificial foods. The entire period from the 1930s to the present was fueled by market-driven science, rapidly expanding consumer food habits. The whole idea was to wean consumers away from animal fats and cold-pressed vegetable fats and seeds that had been working and healthy for generations, and entice them to new refined oils. Saturated fat was declared bad by salespeople posing as scientists, as well as by real scientists who were constitutionalizing their trade.

The American Eskimo, whose diet formally consisted of about 60% animal fat, remained healthy without any signs of diabetes for many generations. But, after becoming wealthy from his pipeline revenue, he embraced the typical American diet of artificial foods. Then within a generation, they had degenerated into health, the same health condition that was then considered normal in America.

As scientific studies grew, many misleading studies emerged about artificial fats, and oil companies emphasized the value of polyunsaturated or "monounsaturated" oils to people's health. There's no law that says they have to tell you the truth, that they're actually, That's why they won't tell you that a polyunsaturated  and a "monounsaturated" are toxic. A polyunsaturated cis, or natural fat, is a desirable and necessary part of a healthy diet. So now you know!

So, because of all this, it becomes more and more obvious that the health trend will continue to deteriorate, and more and more people will continue on their way to become type II diabetics. That is, without any dietary changes, such as live food!
