Another video of a student committing suicide at a Christian school in Thanjavur Thirukattupalli has been released.
A 17-year-old student from Vadugapalayam in Ariyalur district was studying at a private Christian school in Tanjore district. He was staying at a hostel near the school.
The student died on January 19 after consuming pesticides on January 9.
In this case, the Hindu organization posted a video of the student concerned on social media. The video showed the student telling her parents to convert two years ago and that she had been scolded and bullied for taking too much work.

However, according to the police, when the student gave his confession to the Thanjavur Judicial Magistrate on January 15, he pointed out that the hostel manager had told him that he had been poisoned because he had continued to work for himself. Meanwhile, the police interrogated a person named Muthuvel who had taken a video of the student while he was in the hospital and confiscated his cell phone.

The newly released video is said to be one of the videos recovered from Muthuvel's phone. There are also reports that some videos have been taken and deleted and police are trying to recover them.
The Madurai branch of the Chennai High Court had ordered the person who took the video to hand over the phone to the police in the ongoing case of the parents of the deceased student. Accordingly, Muthuvel appeared in person for questioning and handed over the phone.
The student's parents first lodged a complaint with the police on January 15. Subsequently, on January 16, the judicial arbitrator obtained a confession from the student. In this condition, the student died on January 19th. After his death, a video was released. In it, the student said that two years ago Raquel Mary asked her parents to convert her.
Based on this, the parents again complained that their daughter had died as a result of being forced to convert. Comrade Mary, 62, was arrested on the basis of this.
The case of the student's parents, who demanded that the matter be handed over to the CPCIT, is coming up for hearing again on Friday.
