Ram Raghav, the current Managing Director and CEO, has been promoted to the parent company's global Enterprise Oral Care role.
 
 
Tata Power: The electric-vehicle charging infrastructure provider has partnered with Environ, the facility management arm of real estate developer Vatican Group, to install 59 EV charging points at its properties in Mumbai.
The EV chargers will be installed at 18 Vatican Group properties throughout the city.
 
 
Bayer Conscience: The agrichemical company announced that its parent company, Bayer AG, has signed a definitive agreement to sell its environmental science professional business to global private equity firm given for USD 2.6 billion.
 
 
Lupin: The rug maker announced the opening of its first reference laboratory in Kolkata as part of its diagnostics division. In December of last year, the company entered the diagnostics market as part of its strategy to provide integrated healthcare in India.
 
Exile Industries: The storage battery company has formed a multi-year technical partnership with the Chinese company VOLT Energy Technology to manufacture lithium-ion
 batteries in India.
