Answer: Although some types of acne contain germs, they are found in the hair follicles under your skin and cannot be transmitted by contact.
(2) If both my parents have acne, does it mean that I will have acne?
Answer: Research shows that genes play a key role in determining who develops acne. Great opportunity, and then one has no family history.
(3) Does eating or drinking certain foods cause acne?
Answer: Over the years studies have suggested that everything from chocolate, candy, fried foods, sugar, drinking water, orange juice to milk can cause acne or an increase in acne. However, there is no scientific evidence to support any of those findings. There are many factors that make acne worse so it is very difficult to distinguish any single cause. So whether to abstain from certain foods or drinks is a personal decision. If you find that your skin reacts negatively to certain foods, do not eat or drink them.

Answer: Proper hygiene will help healthy skin. Dirty skin, however, will not cause acne, but anyone with acne should be extremely careful about having a good cleansing routine. Too much bathing can irritate your skin and make us more prone to infections. Washing with a gentle cleaner will help reduce the formation of skin cells and keep your skin looking its best. So find a balance and try not to overreact.
(5) Does stress cause acne?
Answer: Depression has been shown to make acne worse, not to cause it directly. So if you suffer from acne, you should be aware of how you react under stress and develop strategies to help manage and keep it under control. This will not only help you control your acne, but it will also benefit you for the rest of your life.
(6) Can you develop acne when you are a teenager?
Answer: The simple answer is yes. In fact, most people who have never had acne in their youth can develop it in their 30s, 40s, and 50s.
(7) Does make-up or sunscreen make acne worse?
Answer: Some oily and thick products can adhere to the skin layers, leading to the growth of acne. Not all products, affecting everyone in the same way, so while most people develop acne using one product, someone else may not. If you are prone to acne, you will need to be very careful about what you put on your skin. (10) Why did my supervisors stop responding to my current treatment?
Answer: Acne medications, like all other medicines, may not work as well as they do when your body builds resistance. Antibiotics may be needed to be more effective.
