Acne Problem? Top Skin Care 8 Simple Tips To Follow

The most basiccondition affecting the skin of people between the ages of 12 and 24 is a disease which is known as acne. It is hard to figure out the reasons of acne. However, overgrowth of the sebaceous glands is shown to be the cause of the outbreak of many acne.

In addition to the surface of the palms and soles of the feet, pilosabaceous units are found in the skin tissue throughout the body. They are the cause for developing an oily substance known as sebum. Although, because of too many factors (e.g. hormonal imbalances, anxiety and skin condition) oil glands may be stimulated to develop more sebum. When this occurs, most of the oil connects the pores of the skin. This entire procedure becomes the reason of bacterial infection and stimulates the immune response. Lastly, the effect of acne burning.

Acne can affect any type of skin. Oily skin is the only skin type that can be easily infected by acne. Dry skin, on the contrary, may not be harmful, but severe rashes may appear in winter. Normal-skin is velvety, with no acne and even in color

Currently, acne is not completely cured but can be treated with a variety of skin care products. Many go for the help of topical medications, applied to the skin surface. Although, using acne skin care products such as "pore strip pads" may remove whiteheads and blackheads but will not affect the excess sebum produced.

However, for solution and prevention, it is best to use the following 8 simple tips:

-. Healthy, nutritious food should be considered. Therefore, your diet should include all the essential nutrients your body needs to function properly.

-. intake enough of fluids such as water, fresh juices. minimize the intake of carbonated beverages.

-. No make up is asked to put on.

-. Clean your face with mild soap and water. The idea is not to finish the impurities (as most people with acne find it) but to vanish the plugs from the pores of the skin, which may be a combination of dead skin cells, germs and strong sebum. However, dirt is not really the reason of acne, it may contribute to the development of the disease by its interaction with skin tissues as well as particles and excessive oil on the skin.

-. Make use of topical cleansing pads that may consist of one or a combination of the following: salicylic acid, sulfur and benzoyl peroxide to remove excess oil. One more way to minimize the existence of extra oil on the skin is to wash your face with lukewarm water that can withstand it.

-. Reduce the use of harsh cleansers and use easy-to-remove acne skin care products. Do not scrub hard to the affected areas.

-. If your hands are not clean, abstain from touching your face by hands.

-. If you have long hair, tie your hair so that it is kept away from the face. This is especially so when the weather is hot and you have been sweating.

Preventive skin care measures are just as important as the treatment for acne itself. By preventing, at least, you know how to make sure your acne problem does not grow and spread to a large infected area.
