What are the 8 simple tips to prevent acne

 Acne:

There are  glands that are a combination of hair follicles and oily glands on the skin. In addition to the surface of the palms and soles of the feet, these glands are found in the skin tissue throughout the body. They are responsible for producing an oily substance which causes acne. There are many factors such as hormonal imbalances, stress and skin condition and oil glands that may be stimulated to produce the substance that causes acne. This happens when too much oil is produced in the pores of the skin. This process triggers viral infections and stimulates the immune system. Finally, the effect of acne inflammation.

Skin Types:

Acne can affect skin which are :

Oily skin : can be easily infected by acne.

Dry skin :  on the other hand, may not be dangerous, but severe rashes may occur in winter.

Normal-skin: is velvety, with no acne and even in color, but it's still susceptible to acne.

Here are 8 simple steps that you can follow:

  1. It's important to eat food that are healthy for you. Prevent eating oily food as oily food make your skin more susceptible for acne. It's important to eat a healthy and a proper diet with all the nutrients and minerals to keep your body and skin healthy.
  2.  Drinking plenty of water not only to keep you but also your skin to be hydrated and soft and supple which in return prevents the oil from being produced and that reduces the acne to a certain degree. Fresh juices also help to keep your skin fresh and healthy. If your skin is healthy, then the chances of acne reduces a lot.
  3.  If you have normal or dry skin then it's important to use the makeup which suits your skin type, but if you have oily skin then it's better if you refrain from using makeup but if it's a necessity for your daily like then use oil free makeup products so that your skin is less susceptible to acne.
  4.  It's best to use mild soap to wash your face. The idea is not to remove impurities (as most people with acne find it) but to remove the plugs from the pores of the skin, which may be a combination of dead skin cells, germs and oil. Although dirt is not really the cause of acne, it may contribute to the progression of the disease by its interaction with skin tissues as well as particles and extra oil on the skin.
  5.  Use cleansing pads that may contain one or more of the following: salicylic acid, sulfur and benzoyl peroxide to remove excess oil. Another way to reduce the presence of excess oil on the skin is to wash your face with hot water as hot water helps to easily remove the oil which is a bit difficult to do so with cold water.
  6.  Try not to use harsh cleansers and use gentle skin care products. Refrain from rubbing your affected area. If you rub the affected area harshly it may cause acne pimples to burst which can cause the infected liquid in them to spread on other parts of skin causing more acne.
  7.  Don't touch your face with dirty hands, as the skin of our face is more sensitive and can be infected with germs and bacteria which may be on your hands. So clean your hands before touching your face.
  8.  Don't clean the sweat harshly, always use a dry towel or napkin and pat gently remove the sweat to not cause rashes on it.
