Chest Workouts For Stronger And Broader chest
Today in our generation, chest problem is a common problem, especially between teenagers. Chest growing and chest enlargement are lesser seen in teenagers. There may be several factors responsible for it: less physical work, lesser outdoor games, diet change, and a lot more. But a man is known by his chest. A person with a broader and stronger chest has a brilliant personality in himself. Some people want to do chest workouts, but most do not know about the best chest workouts and which workouts help our chest muscles grow larger and stronger in very few weeks. So here is a list of some of the best chest workouts that are mostly preferred by gym trainers worldwide for a stronger and broader chest.
1. Jumping Jacks
This is a type of warm-up exercise mostly done before doing all workouts. But jumping jacks have an ample number of benefits. It provides a full-body workout, and it also works on all your body muscles, especially the chest. For doing it, start with your feet together and your arms by your sides, then jump up with your feet apart and your hands overhead. Return to the start position and then do the next rep. Initially, one should 30 jumping jacks in one set, but after 1-2 weeks, you can increase it up to 100 in one set.
2. Arm Circles
For arm Circles workout, stand simply on the floor with your arms extended straight out to the sides at shoulder height. Then move your arms forward in circles and then move forward. This workout will stretch your lower shoulder muscles and chest muscles. Around 20-30 arm Circles are suggested in one set and a maximum of up to 3 set in one day.
3. Burpees
Burpees are the most influential workout, not for the chest but the whole body. It makes all muscles active and stronger, especially of the chest. For doing burpees, stand with your feet and shoulder-width apart, put your hands on the ground and kick your feet backward. Then do a quick push up in the same position and then jump up. Beginners should start with 10 burpees in 1 set, and they may increase up to their will and stamina.
4. Staggered Push-Ups
Staggered push-ups are highly recommended for chest muscles and also for arms muscles. For doing it, start in a regular push-up position but with one hand in front of the other. Then do a push-up and switch the other hand in front. But remember, the body should be straight. The Beginners should start with 5 staggered Push-Ups in the set and then increase accordingly.
5. Hindu Push-Ups
Hindu Push-ups are the most common push-ups and are mostly included in all workouts, let it be for chest or shoulders. For doing Hindu push-ups, start with your hands and feet touching the floor; the body should be bent and butt up in an inside down V shape. Then bend your elbows to bring your body towards the floor. When the body is close to the floor, raise the upper body as far as possible. Then return to the original position and then repeat. Hindu push-ups require less effort, but they have a high impact on muscles. As they do not require much effort, then other push-ups beginners can start with 20 Hindu push-ups in one set and then increase accordingly.
6. Diamond Push-Ups
Diamond Push-ups are meant especially for the chest and shoulders. They are highly effective in increasing chest and shoulder muscles. For doing diamond push-ups simply start in the push-up position. Then make a diamond shape with your forefingers and bring thumbs together under your chest. Then push your body up and down. But remember, your body posture should be straight. Diamond push-ups seem to be hard initially, but once you practice it, they leave an excellent impact on the chest. For beginners, they should start with5 diamonds in one set and then increase accordingly.
7. Box Push-Ups
These are the simplest push-ups, and they can be done very easily. For doing it, start on all your fours with your knees under your butt and your hands directly under your shoulders. Bend your elbows and then do a push-up. Return to the start position and then repeat as these are very simple push-ups and do not require much effort to do easily 25-35 in one set and then increase accordingly.
8. Spiderman Push-Ups
As the name suggests, these push-ups will make you like Spiderman. For doing it, start in a regular push-up position. When lowering your torso downwards, bend and lift one leg to the side. Then return to the start position and switch to the other leg. Remember to keep your body straight.
These workouts are highly effective and best for chest muscles. Do them regularly, and in a few weeks, you will see a huge change in your chest.
