How to have a basic routine Fitness.

A necessity for a sustainable Community and Corporate Social Responsibility.

While modern medical technology may be good, it will never save you from the problems caused by an unhealthy lifestyle. Instead of seeking medical help for all the problems, it is better to live, and lead a life towards a healthy you!

Prevention is certainly better than cure.

Here are self-care routine tips for how to live a long and healthy life. In addition, the same lifestyle that helps you to avoid getting sick also helps you to lose weight.

1. Physical activity.

In the past, people had to physically handle a lot of chores for their everyday activities. But in today’s modern world a person can go to work by car, Electric scooter, etc. sit down, get up and drive home. When he reaches home, he will relax, eat and sleep. This dysfunction is one of the main causes of so many diseases. If our regular work does not require us to be physically active, Sports, running, Cycling, Yoga, Climbing the Stairs, Travel, outdoor activities, etc., should form a part of our daily routine.

2. Listen to your body’s natural call for sleeping.

This may sound simple, but many people stay up late even when their body is craving a bed. Yoga and Ayurveda practitioners also say that it is best to go to bed at night and work during the day. However, certain people like students will have coffee 'and' take stimulants so that they can study till late at night. Others develop a habit of staying busy at night and, they tend to sleep during the day. This ultimately has a negative impact on one's health, physically and mentally.

3. When you are hungry, you should eat.

This is a simple concept, however; sometimes we tend to contradict physical messages. If you are eating out of habit or under social pressure at some point during the day, though, you do not have a genuine appetite for food. You will not be able to digest your food properly. Acidity and indigestion are common, contributing to the likelihood that other complex diseases will develop.  If you do not feel like eating, you should wait a bit and eat. If you do not have the desire to eat even after waiting for a long time, you should consult a doctor because something is wrong. It might be Anorexia, which is an eating disorder and requires psychological therapy, nutritional advice, and/or hospitalization.

4.  Listen to your body and take a break.

If you ask anyone to work 365 days a year without rest, he or she will complain that he/ she may or may not rest. But we are never bothered to ask or think about our digestive organs and, we continue to force them and work every day without rest. They can't protest the way a person would protest to his boss, but they give us signals that they can't work without stopping. When we ignore those signs and force them to work, they break down.

5. Take a bath or wash with normal/room temperature water before going to bed.

A good night's sleep is essential for maintaining good health. If you wash your vital organs hands, arms, eyes, legs, mouth, and genitals before going to bed using normal water, this will relax and prepare you for a night of deep sleep.

6. Meditate. Meditation is a mental activity that, among other things, allows you to break free from the anxieties of life and relaxes you.

Follow the above tips and, you are ready to explore the World!
