1. Remember the happy moments of your day. Think of your favorite time of day. Something that made you proud, something you did to help someone else, or read a story to your favorite children at night and cuddle them. Surround yourself with the warm glow of thought.

2. Imagine the most beautiful place. Check out Instagram for some ideas (of course, earlier in the day, no screen time before bed!) and imagine calm blue waters lapping at the edge of a beach of white sand and conch shells. . Imagine basking in the sun with warm, supple toes, the scent of tropical flowers and the warmth of the sun on your skin while sipping coconut milk straight from the fruit. It doesn't have to be the beach. The goal is to make you comfortable before bed. If you want to walk in mountains, deserts, or even the moon, go there instead. You are sure to have a restful sleep while admiring the beautiful scenery.

3. Try positive affirmations. Affirmations are a great way to break negative thought patterns telling yourself the same optimistic thoughts over and over again, you will develop the belief that you can let go of the stresses of the day and fall asleep.   ``I choose calmness and harmony''  ``Good job today.
