There are 136 crores of the population in India. Still, only 2% of people are investing in the stock market, but the percentage of investors in other countries like china-12%, USA-55% investing in the stock market but why less percentage of people investing in the stock market.
1.Wrong BELIEFS
Most people believe that the stock market makes our investment double-triple in less time, but once they lost money in stock market, they are reluctant to invest in the stock market They believe the stock market is losing money, and they influence other people too in their version.
But their version is wrong because you people don't hope to get double-triple for your investment; even Warren buffet also gets only 20% of returns on its annual average investment.
2.Lack of knowledge
We are learning for some years from childhood to get 25000/- to 30000/- of salary but why some people invest in the stock market without any knowledge that's the first drawback.
So firstly, know full details about the stock market and then invest without knowledge you can't gain, so knowledge is important.
And the main thing is the investors should have the business knowledge to predict the like company business model and company earning potential.
3.Feel Gambling
Most of the Indians feel stock market is gambling but tell me one thing if the stock market is gambling why Indian government is not banned the stock market so think about it
The Indian government set up Bombay stocks exchange national stock exchange ( NSE). Indian government running this for 60 years and provide the National Institute of Securities Markets.
So, the Stock market is not gambling; you can trust it stock market tells about the financial status. If the financial state of a country is good, the index of the stock market is increasing. It decreases if the country's financial status is bad.
4.Fear about RISK
In the olden days, if anyone gets the money, they buy houses and gold because there is a low risk in those properties. This process is continuing. Still, there are no so many investing facilities in the olden days now there are good chances and facilities in an investment like mutual funds, Equity, National pension system, public provided fund, fixed deposits, senior citizens saving scheme.
Some of the people are investing in the old style because of fear about the risk.
5.Lack of Capital
We don't need lakhs of rupees to invest in the stock market; just a hundred rupees is enough to invest in the stock market. 10% amount of your salary is enough to invest in a good company to get good returns.
The Bottom line
Any amount from which you can buy a stock is decent enough to start trading; no minimum money is required to start trading in the Indian stock market. Here is a list of a few popular companies whose stock prices are less than Rs 100
If you want to get (earn) 1 lakh per day, It should be either by working or starting a business. 2. Start a business in e-commerce like Flipkart or a new mobile app; plan properly and gather some partners and investors. Once you succeed, after 3 or 5 years, you will earn more than 1 lakh a day.
It can take a couple of years for a stock to appreciate close to a price target range. It would be even better to consider holding a stock for three to five years – especially if you are confident in its ability to grow.
