Prayer is an essential part of Islam.
There are five principles of Islam.
1. Holy words کلمه طیبہ
2. Prayer نماز
3. Fasting روزہ
4. Pilgrimage حج
5. Alms زکوہ
Holy Words كلمه طىبه: If you want to become a Muslim, 1st principle is to say Holy words.
لا اله الله محمد رسولا
Prayer نماز: Prayer is the 2nd most important ingredient of Islam.
A Muslim is said to be a true Muslim if he arranges a five-time prayer.
Muslim, can only be a Muslim if he says Holy words but without Prayer, his real goal as a Muslim is not established.
Besides the prayer, the other four principles are also equally significant.
Fasting روزه: if someone is healthy, he will be liable for observing the fasting during the month of Ramadan. There is no excuse for healthy persons, but for those who are suffering from some disease or are too old and weak, therefore they are given exemption in Islam.
A person with fasting will always develop a feeling in his mind that hunger and thirst are difficult to rectify, therefore he creates sympathy in his heart and becomes a useful part of society.
The purpose of fasting is to develop endurance among human beings.
A hungry person will feel the pain of hunger, therefore fasting trains each person to develop patience and control over his habits and also have a soft corner for the poor and needy people.
A balance in the society is build-up due to fasting, therefore a good environment of humanity is nourished.
Alms زكوة: Similarly, Alms is also a very significant part of Islamic worship.
If a person is rich then he will contribute 2.5% of his yearly earnings to the poor provided it is equal to or more than 52.5 tole silver or 7.5 tole gold.
The purpose behind it is to help those who are weak, unable to run their family affairs independently.
Another purpose of this worship is to avoid the accumulation of wealth to some individuals.
Due to the system of Alms, there are so many hospitals running worldwide.
Pilgrimage حج: Another principle of Islam is the pilgrimage(Haj).
It is an obligation for the rich person as the purpose behind it is to avoid the selfishness of wealth may use attraction for the collection of wealth through unfair means.
A rich person in Islam is the one who is the owner of a fixed amount of wealth which he keeps for the whole year as mentioned before and is responsible for helping the needy people.
It is also worship which is important for those whom God Almighty has blessed with the opportunity of evolving rich.
After saying Holy words, all kinds of worship must be exactly implemented.
It is recommended for the Muslims that the worship must be included in their daily routine activity and there is no excuse for any type of negligence, however, there are exceptions whereas a human is not possible.
There is also the belief About the day of judgement (قيامت) after the death.
According to the Muslims believe the world will be destroyed on a particular day in the future, and all the dead bodies will again be alive, and they will be rewarded or punished according to their deeds during their life in the existing world.
A Muslim is a person who believes in one God and five times a regular player is his identification.
