How to get healthy glowing skin

1 Water does wonder

Drink only water. No soft drinks, coke, soda, alcohol etc. Drinking water helps the body to flush out all the toxins while giving you healthier. Studies have revealed that drinking just two cups of water can increase blood flow to the skin, which gives it an even tone. People who drink large amounts of water are less to suffer from scars, wrinkles, and soft lines and, they won't show as many signs of aging as those who drink little amounts of water.

2 Avoid Junk foods

Limit Junk intake. Try to limit it by 4–5 meals in a month. I mentioned limit because it is nearly impossible to completely avoid junk nowadays when it is so easily accessible. Just a click and you can get all the junk you want to have. Studies have shown that skin is often triggered by fat and refined carbohydrates in the diet, which leads to acne. Unlike acne, blackheads aren't that prominently visible but, they do ruin your appearance.

3 Regular Moisturizing

Moisturize regularly. Skincare two times a day is necessary. People with properly moisturized skin accumulate wrinkles at just a fraction of the rate of those with dry skin. Taking just a minute to put on some moisturizer will make sure your skin isn’t only clean, but protected from the stresses of the day and feeling great.

4 Wash your face with Cold water at night

If you cannot afford high-end skincare products, just use plain RO water to wash your face and then spray rose water on your face and apply Aloe vera gel. Going to sleep with a dirty face can also harm the appearance of your skin. Cold water tightens the appearance of your skin, so it may make you look renewed and refreshed. It also helps boost your circulation, which can help give your skin a healthier appearance. I am telling you, this can do so much better for your skin.

 5  Work out

30 minutes of exercise every day. You get the best glow after a good workout session. Do whatever you enjoy, don't take exercise as a punishment. Working out tones your skin, improves blood circulation and oxygenation to the skin. Your skin will be more glowing and healthier.

6 Be happy and stay-stress free

Live a stress-free life (I know it's easier said than done but, try) and laugh often. Find joy in mundane activities of life.

7 Sun soaking

Morning sunlight is a game changer for your skin and soul both. It rejuvenates your skin like magic. The precursors of vitamin-D, that is molecules, that produce the vitamins, present in your skin are activated by the sun.

 8 Sleep well

Sleep well every night. This might be the most underestimated ingredient of all time. Sleep is a time when your face inevitably comes into contact with the elements directly around it for a long time, especially if you’re getting the recommended seven to nine hours each night.

9 Love yourself and achieve your goal and be happy

Do more of what you love and makes your heart happy. Achieve things in life. Honestly, success and growth is the biggest transformative factors that makes your skin glow 🤣
