From the word go, the football season seems to offer many reasons for eating poorly. It starts near Labor Day, and continues through the New Year. Usually during this time of the year, our eating habits include foods and drinks that are very tasty, but with negative consequences. So I thought about how one could have a happy football (Ms. Season's holiday), and still be equal to the clothes she wore during the pre-season. Below are 10 tips that can help you reach that goal, which may seem absurd, but if you do, you will survive another year without moving to the next size. Enjoy the season. 1. First things first, don't even think about eating during the holidays. That is, do not start a new diet. Your main goal during our most popular season is to maintain your weight. This way, you can have your favorite drink and snack without a hitch. 2. Another great way to avoid pack in pudge, is to sit still, and away from the dining table. 3. Something simple and fun. I would recommend that you bring a simple dip with multigrain or whole wheat bread, so that you have something healthy that you can eat. There’s a company (I think has a chef’s title in its name) that sells dips and breads that anyone can make for themselves, and it’s a healthy alternative to regular food. Just ask your wife, girlfriend, or any other woman where you can get a mixture of beer bread. 4. Drinks are usually the favorite of many at this time of year, so be wise in your choice. If you have to drink a mixed drink, try something like plain alcohol and baking soda, light or light beer, or a glass of sweet wine. I know that wine does not cry like a man, but it is another way. Remember that this should not be painful, just well-thought, out. 5. For better or worse, soccer games are often longer, use this to your advantage, and participate in eating and drinking at a slower pace. If you take less, you have a better chance of getting into those 38 sizes that arrive in the spring. 6. Chase kids, or take a trip, no matter what, make sure you get involved in some kind of work without training sofas, and surfing at the station. Winter is hard enough for most people with cold and dark, so some work will help you get or keep physical and mental processing. 7. Eat at home before going to the soccer field, or on top of a friend's house. This should help prevent complete immersion in food and drink. Believe me when I tell you, you will feel much better knowing that you don’t have to drive your pants home without tying the buttons, either because of the pressure or unexpected abdominal pain. 8. Eat chicken wings, not whole chicken. I think that is clear, and the best applies to all foods! And yet, who wants to get stains on his new Dallas Terrell Owens jersey. 9. If you have the opportunity to host a soccer game, put the challenges on your side by placing vegetables, and bring out snacks that are easier than pizza and wings. I mean, we as men pay attention to what we eat while watching the game. As long as the drinks are cold "and" our food is depleted, we are in heaven. 10. This law applies year-round. Stay away from and away from fast food joints. It may seem like a good idea while you are on your way to the game, but we all know that it is not full, and it will come out.
